Subscribing to the APARNET listserv allows assessing authorities in the
Asia-Pacific region to share information by sending questions to the entire
Network and responding to questions and comments from other assessing
authorities.
Assessing authorities must subscribe in order to join the listserv.

To subscribe to the APARNET listserv, please submit your e-mail address on the following form
There is no cost to subscribe. Please note that only individuals whose work
relates to educational or qualifications recognition are eligible to subscribe
to the APARNET listserv. You can also contact us
by telephone or regular mail.

How to use the listserv
New messages can be sent to the listserv direct from your email program. If
you wish to do this, please subscribe here.
Please note that only messages from APARNET members will be posted to the
listserv, and that members must be using an email program configured with the
same email address with which they subscribed to the listserv.
Members can also participate in the APARNET listserv by:
- reading the messages that are emailed to you from the listserv and
replying by simply pressing "Reply" in your email program

to the listserv to read a web-based archive of the messages posted so far and
to post replies which will be distributed to the other members and archived

What is the purpose of the listserv?
The APARNET listserv is designed to:
- provide an on-line place for exchange and dissemination of information on
issues relating to higher education systems, assessing authorities and the
recognition of educational qualifications within the region; and
- advance the broad objectives of the
Regional Convention

What kinds of questions can I post to the listserv?
The APARNET listserv is a network with members from most countries within the
Asia-Pacific region, so there is a diversity of knowledge and experience to help
answer your questions. You may be seeking advice for qualifications recognition
purposes, or for research purposes. Topics you may wish to seek information on
include:
- institutions or programs of study in other member states of the Regional
Convention; and
- educational recognition policies of other member states of the Regional
Convention
